In-Office or Telemedicine Visits
  • In-office visits in our comfortable, discreet Huntington Beach office
  • SKYPE, phone or message your provider from the comfort of your home! 
  • Same and next-day appointments, weekend and evening hours.
  • $225 for initial evaluation and treatment (includes a two-week follow-up)
  • $150 monthly for maintenance
  • After-hours phone consultations are available for an additional $50 service fee
Addiction Treatment
  • We treat opioid, alcohol, methamphetamine and benzodiazepine use disorders.
  • $225 for initial evaluation and treatment 
  • $150 monthly for maintenance
Withdrawal Care Kit
  • $25 for a custom kit of comfort medications to make your home induction as gentle as possible.
Extended Release Injections
  • Sublocade: Injectable buprenorphine for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
  • Vivitrol: Injectable naltrexone for the treatment of opioid use disorder and alcoholism.
  • $225 for initial evaluation and treatment
  • $150 for monthly follow-up visits
Medications
  • Medications can be ordered through your preferred pharmacy or sent directly to you at cost for about $2.50 per buprenorphine tablet.
  • Non-controlled medications available on-site at discounted pricing.
Vitamin B12 Injections  
  • Helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and can help build new protein.
  • $10 per injection
Drug Testing
  • On-site urine drug screening is included with each office visit
  • $10 per saliva test kit, shipped to your home.
  • Corporate urine drug testing services:
    • In-office visit: $20, 12-panel urine drug screen.
    • Send-out: $100 for confirmatory testing to an off-site laboratory.
